Company Secretary
The Company Secretary Course (CS) is a very good choice for students who are from Commerce Background. This is a reputative, high-income job for those interested in legal, ethical, and regulatory work. This is a 3-year course. The course is available in distance learning Some of the skills needed to be a good Company Secretary. Skills like Expertise in company law, robust mental health, attention to detail communication skills Multi-tasking, and Time management, Convincing skills are required.
Eligibility Criteria
Any student with a 10+2 pass can apply for this CS course. A minimum of 50% marks are required. The age criteria are a minimum of 17 years and no maximum age limit is there.
There are 3 levels in CS:
Foundation Program: 10+2 passed can apply for this program.
Executive Program: CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Exam) /Graduate or Foundation program is required.
Professional Program: Executive program is needed.
Management Training: At last, after completing all three courses this training is provided.
Company Secretary Course of India(CS) Admission is based on the Merit list of the Entrance Exam. This Entrance exam is Online (Computer Based Test). This exam is conducted on the national level by the ICSI.

CS Exam Announcement for January Session
CS Foundation Entrance Exam started Registration on 18 October 2022
The CS Exam Form Last Date will be 15 December 2022
CS Exam Admit cards for the CS foundation exam will be issued on 29 December 2022
The CS Exam Date 2022 will be 8/10 January 2022
The CS Exam Result will be declared after that.
Syllabus of CS Foundation
CS Exam Pattern consists of 250 MCQ. There will be 4 papers. Each paper will be 100 marks in total 400 marks will be there. And the time provided in this exam will be 90 min.

Paper 3-Bussiness Economics
Paper 4- Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing
